Rebellin seizes lead at Paris-Nice

Davide Rebellin (Gerolsteiner) seized the lead in Paris-Nice on Saturday as Sylvain Chavanel (Cofidis) outfought a seven-man breakaway in the final kilometer to win the sixth stage.
