1.5 Km Swim: The swim on a practically closed course located in the Virginia Key Bay. Although it is still ocean waters, it’s very calm due to it’s geographic location. It’s expected to be a wetsuit legal race.

40 Km Bike: This unique bike course was developed by professionals in the area with the athlete in mind. It’s a strong course with a few bridges and main Miami streets that in sum generates spectacular views and at the same time an enjoyable experience.

10 Km Run: To complete the M.I.T. race, the 10K unique running course was carefully organized so everyone can have a pleasant race and feel that unique sensation of crossing the finish line.
